Job summary

Legacy Greenscapes is seeking an entrepreneurial and collaborative Executive Director to lead growth, fundraising, and community impact in Winchester, Kentucky. You will partner with a motivated Board, staff, volunteers, and funders to build infrastructure, diversify revenue, and strengthen programs at Legacy Grove.

Reporting to the Board, you will cultivate major gifts, develop strategic partnerships, oversee operations, and serve as the public face of the organization while stewarding

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fundraising success, including major gifts and institutional giving.
• 5+ years of experience leading or helping build a nonprofit organization.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
• Entrepreneurial energy and a collaborative leadership style.
• Familiarity with Kentucky or similar communities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Organizational Growth: lead long-term sustainability and build infrastructure.
• Fundraising & Revenue Development: direct major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and diversification.
• Community Leadership & Partnerships: serve as chief ambassador and cultivate partnerships.
