Job summary

Legacy Greenscapes in Winchester, KY seeks an Executive Director to lead growth, fundraising, and partnerships. You will work closely with staff, volunteers, and donors to advance the organization’s mission and sustain a beloved community asset.

As chief executive, you will partner with the Board to advance strategic priorities, diversify revenue, and strengthen community impact through innovative programming and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fundraising success, including major gifts and institutional giving.
• 5+ years of experience leading or helping build a nonprofit organization.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with nonprofit boards and donors.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and drive long-term growth.
• Oversee fundraising, revenue diversification, and donor stewardship.
• Build partnerships with community leaders, schools, businesses, and funders.
• Oversee organizational development and governance in partnership with the Board.
• Ensure Legacy Grove programming aligns with mission and impact.
