Cohere is seeking an Executive Director to lead Community Life at Mariposa in Rio Rancho, NM. You will oversee operations, governance, engagement, communications, facilities, and financial performance, collaborating with residents, the board, the developer, and on-site teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience leading, coaching, mentoring, developing, and evaluating Directors, Managers, supervisors, or other professional staff.
• Significant senior leadership experience within community operations, governance, development, nonprofit management, or related environments.
• Experience leading within a large-scale master-planned community strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community operations, governance, resident engagement, communications, amenities, facilities, and programs.
• Develop and execute strategic priorities for current needs and long-term growth.
• Balance day-to-day operations with larger community initiatives and projects.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, board members, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and establish clear expectations.
