Job summary
The American Red Cross Broward County Chapter in Pompano Beach, FL seeks an Executive Director to lead community-facing strategy, partnerships, and mission delivery across Broward County. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated fundraising experience, including donor engagement and revenue generation.
- Travel may be required across chapter jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary community-facing leader for the Broward County Chapter.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver core services and strengthen community resilience.
- Drive chapter planning and regional framework to meet program, revenue, and engagement goals.
- Manage strategic relationships with local officials, leaders and stakeholders.
- Oversee fundraising targets and donor accounts in partnership with leadership.
- Support board governance, volunteer leadership, and collaboration with communications and fundraising teams.
