Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the board to refine and implement the strategic plan and budgets.
• Provide inspirational leadership and ensure professional, efficient operations.
• Lead donor cultivation and development strategies to support mission impact.
• Oversee recruitment, training, evaluation, and management of agency personnel.
• Represent the agency to media, elected officials, partners, and the broader community.
