Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in nonprofit/related organizations.
• Demonstrated fundraising and donor development experience.
• Experience budgeting and managing financial resources.
• Ability to work with a Board and build external partnerships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public communication skills.
• Must be a Seventh-day Adventist and comfortable operating in Adventist settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board to set organizational priorities, goals, and strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Develop and execute annual fundraising plan and cultivate major donors.
• Hire, coach, and develop leadership staff; maintain a mission-focused culture.
• Build partnerships with churches, healthcare orgs, businesses, and community partners.
• Represent GNH publicly and maintain strong Board relations.
