Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead the Sycuan Health Center. This role oversees strategic direction, operations, and growth of health programs serving the Sycuan community and surrounding area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive health center management experience.
• 2 years with non-profit organizations and community groups serving ethnic minorities, seniors and low-income individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and administers delivery of health services as approved by the Tribal Council.
• Develops and maintains interagency relationships with public officials and community organizations.
• Oversees operation of the Sycuan Health Center within Tribal policies.
• Monitors performance, provides feedback, and conducts appraisals.
• Recommends policy changes and presents reports to the Tribal Council.
• Assists in securing revenue opportunities and prepares budgets for Tribal review.
• Negotiates with funders and provider groups to optimize SHC funding and pricing.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient communications and records.
• Leads staffing decisions, recruitment, and professional development.
