Job summary

The Granville Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking an energetic, visionary Executive Director to champion local businesses, strengthen partnerships, and guide growth for Granville’s economy. This full-time leadership role requires marketing, digital engagement, revenue development, and board collaboration to elevate the Chamber’s brand and member value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, business, hospitality, or economic development.
• Demonstrated success in marketing, branding, or communications.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution.
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Experience working with a board of directors.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth or sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board to develop a 3–5 year strategic plan.
• Set measurable goals for membership growth, engagement, and financial sustainability.
• Act as primary advisor to the Board and execute approved initiatives.
• Drive membership recruitment, retention, and engagement.
• Develop tiered sponsorship and partnership opportunities and oversee revenue programs.
• Lead modern marketing and communications campaigns across channels.
