Locus Capital, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of Community and Ecosystem Partnerships to lead a four-person team and drive strategic collaboration with communities, partners, and funders in pursuit of inclusive capital solutions.

This remote role emphasizes mission alignment, scalable program design, and impact measurement, with travel to Virginia and neighboring states as needed. The position offers a salary range of $160,000–$185,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a four-person staff across multiple portfolios.
• Define priorities, sustainability goals, budgets, and impact targets.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with agencies, foundations, funders.
• Collaborate with lending teams to steward financing opportunities.
• Document and champion impact data and improvements.
• Enhance internal collaboration and implement systems improvements.
• Support branding with content and thought leadership.
• Ensure place- and sector-based investments are integrated into strategy.
• Lead team in upholding excellence in community engagement.
• Increase Locus visibility through conferences and advocacy.
