Locus, a nonprofit headquartered in Virginia, is seeking an Executive Director of Community and Ecosystem Partnerships to lead a four-person team and coordinate resources for targeted geographies and food systems.

The role shapes strategy, aligns diverse financial resources, and partners with federal, state, local agencies, foundations, and financial institutions to maximize impact in underserved communities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a four-person staff and portfolio of work.
• Define priorities, sustainability goals, budget, and impact targets.
• Build strategic relationships with federal, state, local agencies and funders.
• Collaborate with lending teams to steward financing opportunities.
• Document and champion financial and non-financial impact data.
• Drive systems improvements for stronger collaboration and impact.
• Support brand stewardship through content and thought leadership.
• Ensure place- and sector-based investment is integrated across the organization.
• Lead the team in upholding values and standards of excellence.
• Increase Locus’ profile through events and advocacy.
