AdventHealth in Florida seeks a nursing quality leader to oversee strategic clinical quality metrics and improvement plans across acute and ambulatory settings. The role partners on corporate policies, monitors standards, and drives safety and patient-centered care initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction for clinical quality performance metrics based on evidence-based best practice measures.
• Monitors clinical performance and supports the development of improvement plans.
• Partners to develop, revise, and recommend corporate clinical policies and benchmarks impacting quality.
• Monitors utilization of clinical quality standards and evaluates clinical performance.
• Manages performance for both acute and ambulatory care settings.
• Supports adaptation of clinical strategies based on regulatory and compliance changes and innovation.
• Synthesizes information from various sources to make informed decisions on quality.
• Collaborates with facilities to execute best practices and develop medical protocols.
• Supports an integrated approach to quality, safety, and clinical risk.
• Leads divisional quality care initiatives to ensure safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care.
• Researches and identifies high-risk opportunities around Quality Safety Risk functions.
• Provides support to facility Patient Safety and Quality Committees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
