Associate Vice President of Oncology Services, this role drives strategic operations, quality and regulatory compliance, and financial performance across the Oncology Service Line, inpatient and ambulatory settings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in inpatient oncology operations and regulatory/accreditation programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Addresses patient, physician, and staff complaints per university policies.
• Monitors activities and operations to meet goals and objectives.
• Develops system-wide policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
• Optimizes staffing models and patient throughput; ensures efficient use of exam room resources.
• Implements new programs to create innovative care models and best practices.
• Oversees regulatory compliance and professional standards.
• Mentors, trains, and evaluates department staff.
• Plans for future growth by assessing program needs and resources.
• Participates in organization-wide performance improvement activities.
• Ensures internal control oversight and compliance with laws and university policies.
