Job summary

The Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Woman’s Hospital provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for clinical support, allied health, and patient wellness services. Reporting to the COO, you will drive daily operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship across Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Wellness services.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, optimize throughput, ensure accreditation readiness, and advance performance through Lean, Six Sigma,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• ACHE certification and Lean Six Sigma green/black belt preferred.
• 10 years of progressive operational healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Clinical Leadership: Direct daily operations of imaging, laboratory, and pharmacy to maximize throughput and minimize patient wait times.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure CLIA, DEA, USP standards, and CMS billing compliance.
• Performance & Quality Improvement: Define KPIs and lead Lean/Six Sigma cycles to reduce bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Financial Management & Strategy: Develop and manage multi-million dollar budgets; optimize therapy billing and vendor contracts.
