Woman’s Hospital seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Operations in Baton Rouge, LA to provide strategic leadership across clinical support, allied health, and wellness services. The role reports to the COO and drives daily operational efficiency, fiscal discipline, and strict regulatory compliance in Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy and Wellness Center.
The position requires a Master’s degree in a health-related field, 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership, and certifications such as ACHE
The Senior Director of Clinical Operations provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for clinical support, allied health departments, and patient wellness services. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role ensures daily operational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and strict regulatory compliance across key areas, including Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Wellness Center (Therapy Services & Fitness/Spa).

$135,000 - $202,000
