Job summary

Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge seeks a Sr Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership for clinical support, allied health, and wellness services. Reporting to the COO, you will drive efficiency, fiscal discipline, and compliance across Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Wellness Center.

Qualifications include a Master’s in a health field and 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership, with ACHE/Nurse Executive/Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing or a related clinical or health-science discipline.
• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale wellness/therapy operations.
• Certifications in ACHE, Nurse Executive, Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of Imaging, Laboratory, and Pharmacy to maximize throughput and reduce patient wait times.
• Oversee Wellness Center services, including therapy and fitness/spa programs, with safe onboarding.
• Bridge allied health, nutritional, and wellness departments with nursing and medical staff.
