Job summary

Axionova Engineering Limited seeks an Executive Director to lead strategic growth and operational excellence. The ED reports to the Board, drives mission execution, and strengthens client and industry partnerships across civil engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate has deep civil engineering knowledge, a track record in executive leadership, and a passion for innovation, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years engineering management experience; 5+ years exec leadership.
• PE license preferred; PMP or similar certifications a plus.
• Strong strategic, financial, and communications capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction aligned with the Board's goals.
• Lead long-term planning, growth strategies, and market positioning.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Develop and mentor the executive team; promote staff growth.
• Engage clients and industry to build partnerships and revenue.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, risk management, and governance.
