Job summary

Compass Connections is seeking a seasoned administrator to lead a licensed childcare program. The role requires overseeing multiple campuses, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with state and federal contracts.

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of senior leadership experience are essential; English proficiency is required. The successful candidate will manage a budget exceeding $4 million, lead staff, and coordinate with licensing bodies while ensuring safety and high-quality care for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program/university.
• At least five years of experience in a leadership role within childcare or similar large organization.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multiple sites.
• Experience with program policies, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Update and implement program policies and procedures to promote best practices.
• Supervise and support staff to maintain campuses and ensure readiness for tours.
• Maintain 90%+ compliance with contracting entities and audits.
• Maintain staff turnover below 10% annually.
• Organize local and regional meetings with community entities to address issues.
