Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a business, nonprofit, or membership organization.
• Proficiency with CRM software and data management is a plus.

• Lead business and operational planning with the Board and committees.
• Develop and monitor plans, budgets, and programs to advance chamber goals.
• Grow and engage membership; recruit new business members and retain current ones.
• Manage finances in coordination with the Treasurer and Finance Committee.
