Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee Cancer Institute and Digestive Health Institute strategic plans with growth, capital and resource allocation.
• Lead physician alignment and growth strategies across Coastal Area, including medical foundations and IPAs.
• Manage program operating and capital budgets for Cancer Institute and Digestive Health Institute.
• Monitor key program goals with a balanced scorecard, including quality, affordability, and experience.
