Job summary

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Director of the Cancer Center to provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the hospital's oncology programs. You will oversee Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology and collaborate with physician and nursing leadership to ensure integrated, high-quality cancer care.

The role covers strategic planning, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, program growth, and service integration across the cancer care continuum,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of healthcare leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years in staff, budget, and performance improvement roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the Cancer Center.
• Coordinate Medical and Radiation Oncology and align with physician/nursing leadership.
• Lead strategic planning, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote multidisciplinary cancer care across the care continuum and coordinate with oncology services.
