Akido Companies is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Safety Net Service Line in California. You will oversee program leaders, clinical and frontline teams, and statewide Health Plan partnerships to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

You will grow the program to serve more patients, maintain audit readiness, and drive operational excellence while staying grounded in field realities through direct patient care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading teams in healthcare, social services, or adjacent safety-net settings.
• 4+ years managing managers.
• Deep familiarity with Medi-Cal, CalAIM ECM & Community Supports.
• Systems builder who creates scalable workflows and protocols.
• Data-driven operator who uses dashboards to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety Net Service Line across California, overseeing multiple programs and frontline teams.
• Own P&L and budget for a fast-growing service line.
• Partner with Health Plan and network leaders to optimize contracts and care delivery.
• Drive growth and quality improvements while maintaining field-based patient care.
