The Executive Director, Business Operations for DLA Weapons Support is the principal advisor to leadership and serves as the enterprise integrator. This role provides strategic direction across the business operations portfolio, overseeing daily supply chain operations, supply planning, technical data, and customer operations. The incumbent orchestrates programs and resources to optimize performance, drive organizational transformation, and ensure the resilience of the global CLIX supply chain.

Demonstrated executive-level experience in managing and integrating large-scale, global supply chain and logistics operations in support of a broad and diverse portfolio of complex military platforms, requiring indepth understanding military Service sustainment and acquisition logistics.
Expertise in leading a complex business enterprise that balances customer demand management, industry and supplier management, and synchronization through an enterprise-wide analytics-based Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) integrated business planning process.
In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
