TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications.
TQ 1:Experience providing executive direction and strategic leadership to a large, complex, and geographically dispersed organization, formulating and executing multi-million dollar budgets to align with strategic priorities and statutory mandates to include: guiding program development, overseeing service delivery to a national audience, and manage resources to help individuals navigate significant career changes
TQ 2: Experience leading a geographically dispersed investigative, grant oversight, or compliance enforcement program of national scope to include: supervising complex investigations, directing analytical activities, ensuring adherence to statutory and procedural requirements, and evaluating findings to support enforcement actions and policy recommendations.
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECqs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
