Job summary

Seven Hills Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Program Management to join our team. Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the facility's therapeutic programs and supervise program staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a behavioral health background with management experience; CPR and de-escalation certification are also required to support safe, effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Four or more years’ experience in behavioral health.
• One or more years’ management experience.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to provide high-quality care.
• Plan program goals, resources, timetables and outcomes.
• Oversee the program's budget and staffing.
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
• Provide staff management including hiring, training, performance.
• Provide direct care relative to diagnosis when needed.
