Victor Community Support Services (VCSS) seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations across site-based services, including mental health, wraparound, and youth programs. The role focuses on strong governance, program integrity, and community partnerships.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive continuous quality improvement while ensuring service excellence and safety for clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must hold California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC).
• Requires 2 years post-license experience in a relevant field.
• Requires 4 years’ post-graduate degree management/supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains organizational structure and systems to deliver client services with excellence and safety.
• Oversees budgets to maximize contracts and meet fiscal mandates.
• Ensures employment activities comply with agency, state, and federal standards including personnel management.
• Builds collaborative relationships with local, county, and community partners for regional growth.
• Provides risk management to ensure safety for employees, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and county regulations and CQI practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
