Job summary

Victor Care Network seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of community-based youth and family services. You will manage service delivery teams and ensure compliance with agency standards.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director to train staff, oversee referrals, and participate in quality assurance activities to improve clinical services. Flexibility to support on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have verbal and writing skills in English and the ability to write concise, informative professional reports and all assigned documentation in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and controls the delivery of assigned program requirements in accordance with Agency standards and acceptable professional practices.
• Monitors and ensures that documentation and case records are developed and maintained in accordance with Agency and program standards.
• Provides supervision and performance management of program staff, if applicable.
• In partnership with the Executive Director, develops, maintains, and assures implementation of on-the-job training and orientation of new staff.
• Monitors and controls the referral and intake process, maintaining high quality service delivery and good working relations within the community being served.
• Implements and maintains quality assurance systems and reporting programs related to clinical services and participates on Quality Improvement teams as assigned.
• Provides direct services as needed to ensure program and service delivery continuity.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with community agencies and stakeholders such as Social Services, Juvenile probations, Mental Health, and education.
• If needed, provides on-call services for service delivery team.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
