Job summary
Nowcom LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth for Auction Center's online auto auction platform. You will own the full BD lifecycle from identifying market opportunities to closing high‑value accounts, working with Product, Operations, and Marketing to deliver on growth targets.
The role requires 8+ years in BD/sales with automotive remarketing experience and a proven track record of multi-stakeholder deals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of business development, sales, or strategic partnerships experience.
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial deals in automotive markets.
- Deep knowledge of automotive remarketing ecosystem and wholesale channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to increase auction volume and seller/buyer networks.
- Identify, negotiate, and form partnerships with dealerships, OEMs, fleet, and finance companies.
- Manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts from prospecting to contracting.
- Drive GMV growth by expanding consignor supply and buyer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing to hit growth targets.
