Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of commensurate experience.
• 1 year recent administrative or supervisory experience.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (VDHP) Upon Hire (Required).
• Assisted Living Facility Administrator - VDHP Upon Hire (Required).
• LPN license - VDHP Upon Hire (Required).

Responsibilities

• Completes UAI's, ISP's, and reviews medical records for potential residents.
• Ensures facility compliance with regulatory statutes, standards of care, and competency.
• Facilitates department meetings to align staff with regulatory goals.
• Meets with residents or responsible parties for one-on-one or group discussions.
• Improve delivery and outcomes of patient care in accordance with safety standards and Riverside Code of Conduct.
• Coordinates activities with other departments to assess and meet resident needs.
