Job summary

Orlando Senior Health Network seeks an experienced administrator to oversee an assisted living facility, ensuring exceptional resident care and a strong community reputation. You will guide policy, budgeting, and staffing while maintaining compliance with Florida regulations and survey processes.

You will lead department heads, develop training programs, monitor billing, and collaborate with residents, families, and regulators to achieve top-tier care and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s in Health Care Admin or RN with AL experience.
• Florida AL Administrator License required.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility to deliver high-quality resident care and maintain excellent community standing.
• Oversee budget development, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and survey readiness.
• Coach department heads, supervise hiring, and develop staff.
• Coordinate resident care with all departments and QA programs.
• Monitor billing/collections and report metrics to leadership.
• Attend facility meetings and ensure safety and confidentiality.
