• Florida Assisted Living Administrator License required.

• Strong knowledge of State and Federal Regulations and the Survey process.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide department heads to ensure resident care excellence.
• Assist Administrator with policy development, planning and problem solving.
• Oversee budget preparation, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Develop training programs and QA processes for staff.
