The role prioritizes growth in contributed revenue, donor relationships, and government funder engagement, in close partnership with the Development Director and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts administration, non-profit management, business, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in arts, theater, or similar non-profit.
• Proven success in fundraising, budget tracking, and revenue generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business, financial, and administrative operations of the theater.
• Create and manage the annual operating budget in partnership with the Board of Directors.
• Oversee fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, and marketing strategies related to the vision and mission of Steel River Playhouse.
• Supervise administrative, box office, creative, and front-of-house staff.
• Coordinate facility operations and maintain community and artist relations.
