Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in nonprofit management or arts administration.
• Experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to guide organizational growth.
• Human-centered entrepreneurial mindset and approach to opportunities.
• Experience using a variety of software platforms with a systems orientation.
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the organization.
• Lead fundraising and development efforts; cultivate donors and foundations.
• Foster partnerships with community organizations, schools, and partners.
• Collaborate on marketing, communications, and audience engagement.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning with the fractional CFO.
• Supervise operations and administrative resources to support programs.
• Represent Attack Theatre publicly within the arts community.
