Job summary

Sanford Health Watertown is seeking a Director of Ancillary Services to lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring quality patient care and efficient use of staff, supplies, and equipment. This role requires a healthcare-related bachelor's degree or substantial management experience; a master's degree is preferred and three years of leadership experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field or minimum six years of past experience.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Three years of proven management and/or leadership experience is preferred.
• Licensed or registered in a clinical field only if performing job duties that require specific licensure or credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of various ancillary departments.
• Work closely with clinical leaders to ensure objectives are met.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth, quality, and patient/resident experience.
• Manage budget development and achievement and staff performance.
• Promote continual learning and adoption of best practices across the ancillary services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field

Master's degree (preferred)

Three years of proven management/leadership experience (preferred)
