Job summary

Sanford Health Wahpeton Clinic is seeking a Director of Clinic to plan, direct, and implement ambulatory services across Wahpeton and nearby clinics. You will establish appropriate levels of care, ensure high standards and quality in healthcare, and guide clinical and business operations to align with the mission and goals.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and five years of leadership experience; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related).
Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
Five years of experience leading a multifunctional business or complex organization.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and assist with the implementation of medical and health services and programs.
Provide leadership for clinical and business operations across multiple clinics.
Establish care levels, ensure high standards and quality, and drive customer satisfaction.
