Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Wharton External Affairs alumni engagement programming, lifelong learning initiatives, and alumni/donor events.
• Lead a team responsible for alumni programming, lifelong learning, and event strategy and execution.
• Translate Wharton's research, thought leadership, and priorities into compelling programming for alumni and donors.
