Job summary

Pomona College, part of The Claremont Colleges, seeks an Executive Director of Engagement and Experience to lead alumni and family engagement, volunteer leadership, and major events. You will design strategies, set measurable goals, and collaborate across Advancement to deepen lifelong connections with donors and supporters.

The role reports to the Chief Experience and Engagement Officer, guiding a multi-year strategy, managing budgets, and elevating the constituent journey across campus,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible leadership in alumni relations, engagement, advancement, or events management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for alumni, family, volunteer engagement, and events.
• Oversee Alumni Association, family engagement, and Office of College Events.
• Develop and monitor engagement strategies, metrics, and donor pathways.
