Job summary

JPMorganChase in Risk Management and Compliance seeks a Technology Operational Risk Executive Director to oversee AI/ML programs and data platforms. You will evaluate technology controls, identify operational risk, and provide credible challenge to risk mitigation strategies across the firm.

You will partner with technology, risk and business teams to strengthen controls, drive responsible AI adoption, and ensure resilience against disruptions, regulatory expectations, and security events.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a technology role.
• Strong AI/ML background with relevant tooling and platforms.
• Understanding of technology and cyber risk assessment and mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of operational risk for AI/ML engineering platforms.
• Lead thematic analysis of AI/ML risks and external/internal events.
• Challenge first-line risk mitigation strategies for AI/ML use cases.
• Assess operational and cyber risk of AI/ML applications and use cases.
• Collaborate with risk officers across functions to align oversight activities.
