The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to embed advanced analytics into drug discovery workflows, accelerate translation, and scale scientific platforms. The position is hybrid, based in Boston with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred.
• 15+ years in computational science.
• Proven leadership in biotech/pharma.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML and scientific software engineering, with experience translating research into production systems.
