Job summary

Vitality Living Frederica Community in Georgia seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, sales, care standards, and resident engagement. You will drive occupancy, manage finances, and cultivate strong relations with residents, families, and staff.

The role requires a degree in business administration or related field and 2–5 years of leadership in assisted living or memory care, with demonstrated team development and financial acumen. This is a full-time exempt position.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will hold a degree in business administration or related field
