Vitality Living seeks an Executive Director for its Frederica Community to lead operations, drive occupancy, and ensure exceptional resident care and engagement. You will oversee sales, programs, and dining services while upholding financial performance and service standards.

We value leadership with a track record in senior living, strong communication, and the ability to build a cohesive team that delivers outstanding resident experiences. This is a full-time leadership role based in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• 2-5 years leadership experience in assisted living or memory care.
• Proven ability to develop teams and manage finances.
