Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in senior living or healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to assisted living and long-term care.
• Proven budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff including caregivers, food service, and support staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality of care.
• Develop and manage the facility's budget and monitor financial performance.
• Represent the facility in the local community and build relationships with providers.
• Implement policies and procedures for resident care and staff performance.
• Address resident and family concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
