Homestead Healthcare seeks a Regional Manager to support Executive Directors across Michigan facilities, including Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. You will lead growth, drive process improvements, and oversee P&L with regional travel required.

The role is on-call, requiring coverage of open shifts and leadership of regional operations to ensure compliant, high-quality care and strong performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a senior living facility is a requirement.
• 4+ years of operations in healthcare industry.
• 2+ years managing HFA/AFC licensed communities.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of week.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops or expands corporate and facility programs.
• Monitors budget compliance and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performance teams through training and accountability.
• Fill in for vacant shifts and be available on-call.
• Identify opportunities regionally and implement action plans.
• Solve problems with urgency to reach resolutions.
• Ensure facilities are in working order and compliant with directives.
• Lead the regional operations team.
• Direct regional office support staff.
• Develop policies and procedures for facilities.
• Represent corporation at industry meetings and promote programs.

Homestead manages senior living facilities all across Michigan. We have been in business for over 30 years and have a great reputation throughout the industry. We are looking for a Regional Manager to give support to the Executive Directors at the facilities. The area covered will include Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, manage profit and loss, and travel regionally to maintain a presence in the facilities you support to ensure sustained success. This is an on-call position, you will be required to cover open shifts.

Experience managing a senior living facility is a requirement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops or expands corporate and facility programs
• Monitors facility operations such as budget compliance, clinical services and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performance teams through training, coaching, and accountability
• Capable of filling in for vacant shifts and being available on-call.
• Identify opportunities pro-actively within the region and implement action plans to address any potential issues
• Strong problem-solving skills taking ownership and acting with a sense of urgency to reach resolutions
• Resolves all facility needs and requests. Ensures facilities are in working order
• Acts as team leader to the operational team
• Ensures that facilities comply with corporate directives and implement corporate programs
• Directs activities of regional office support staff
• Develops policies and procedures for facilities
