Job summary

Jamestown Healing Clinic seeks an experienced Executive Director to provide executive, clinical, and administrative leadership for its integrated healthcare services, including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and opioid treatment.

The role combines high-level strategic oversight with active clinical practice, overseeing OTP and compliance while guiding workforce development and program growth. Washington licensure and prescriptive authority are required.

Qualifications

• Requires MD/DO or DNP with applicable WA licensure and prescriptive authority.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible clinical leadership experience.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, and addiction medicine preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and WA healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive, administrative, and clinical leadership for all Jamestown Healing Clinic programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement across OTP and integrated services.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, and program performance.
• Lead cross-functional Jamestown Healing Clinic Leadership Team and collaborate with Medical Director.
• Maintain active clinical role within licensure to support patient care.
