Job summary

Jamestown Healing Clinic seeks an experienced Executive Director to provide executive, clinical, and administrative leadership for its integrated healthcare services in Sequim, WA. The role oversees the Opioid Treatment Program, ensures regulatory compliance, budget stewardship, and workforce development, while maintaining an active clinical role within licensure.

The position emphasizes culturally responsive care and collaboration with clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or DNP preferred.
• ARNP candidates with leadership experience considered.
• Experience in primary care, addiction medicine, and integrated care.
• Knowledge of federal and WA Opioid Treatment Program laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive, administrative, and clinical leadership for Jamestown Healing Clinic programs.
• Ensure policies and procedures are current and followed.
• Maintain executive oversight of regulatory compliance for the OTP.
• Lead quality management and performance improvement processes.
• Monitor program performance, clinician productivity, and patient outcomes.
• Oversee budget and resource allocation.
• Provide clinical supervision to medical and leadership staff.
• Provide direct patient care within licensure as needed.
