Job summary

Jamestown Healing Clinic seeks an experienced, mission-driven Executive Director to lead its integrated healthcare services, including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and opioid treatment programs.

The role combines executive oversight with active clinical duties, requiring on-site presence and strong collaboration with the Medical Director and leadership team to ensure high-quality, culturally responsive patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Nursing Practice or Medical Doctorate with licensure appropriate to clinical scope.
• Unrestricted WA state license and prescriptive authority required.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership, management, or program development in healthcare.
• Experience in primary care and addiction medicine, including OTP.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive, clinical, and administrative leadership for JHC programs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and budget development.
• Lead clinical integration across primary care, dentistry, behavioral health, and OTP.
• Supervise senior leaders and ensure staff development and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and other leaders to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain licensure and provide direct patient care within scope as needed.
