Job summary

Move United is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage operations for NSCD programs in Colorado. The role involves planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, rafting, and climbing.

The successful candidate will possess a relevant bachelor’s degree, hold a CTRS certification, and have substantial experience in adapted sports. This full-time role features a salary range of $58,000 to $60,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in special education, physical education, or related field required.
• Current CTRS certification required.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Two years of experience in adapted sports required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and programs in Winter Park and Denver.
• Assess participants for appropriate activities.
• Document and evaluate program benefits and performances.
• Develop training programs for staff and interns.
• Oversee college intern program and agreements.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Current CTRS certification

Leadership and supervision

Communication skills

High degree of autonomy

Knowledge of disabilities and adaptive recreation

Education
