The Kentucky Bar Foundation and Kentucky's IOLTA Program seek an experienced, mission-driven Executive Director to lead strategic direction, fundraising, and governance for both organizations. Qualifikationen

• Significant leadership and management experience in nonprofit, foundation, legal, financial, educational, or public-service setting.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor development, and relationship building.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience working with governing boards and implementing strategic priorities.
• Ability to navigate complex programs involving financial institutions, regulatory rules, and multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for both Kentucky Bar Foundation and the IOLTA Program, aligning priorities with boards.
• Work closely with governing boards, committees, and staff, delivering timely financial information and operational updates.
• Lead, supervise, and develop staff managing the Foundation's and IOLTA Program's operations.
• Oversee policies, compliance, risk management, and administrative functions.
• Represent the organizations within Kentucky's legal community and with statewide and national partners.
• Direct fundraising, donor development, and grantmaking programs for the Foundation and IOLTA.
• Develop and manage budgets and ensure responsible financial stewardship and investments.
