Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Ohio bar licensure.
• Experience leading a nonprofit or civil legal services organization.
• Proven fundraising and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strategic leadership and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for LASGC.
• Oversee fundraising, financial stewardship, operations, governance, and organizational performance.
• Foster relationships with community organizations, funders, government officials, and the legal community.
• Lead organizational transition and ensure sustained impact and accountability.
