Job summary

The University of Miami is seeking a Director of Clinical Program to manage administrative activities for the 340B program, coordinate education and outreach, and expand community relations within South Florida.

In this on-site leadership role, you will guide budgeting, policy development, audits, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure compliant, efficient program operations and strong patient-centered services across centers and contracted sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in 340B program management, pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, revenue cycle, finance, or related healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Administers day-to-day operations of the center and serves as the primary contact for administrative issues.
• Leads the development and execution of initiatives aligned with the center’s objectives to provide information, education, counseling, guidance, support, and resources.
• Collaborates with senior administrators to solicit support and develops patient-centered resources and mentoring programs.
• Oversees internal controls, policy development, audits, and HRSA 340B program compliance.
• Speaks to budgetary planning, vendor coordination, and enterprise-wide leadership for 340B goals.
