NYC Health + Hospitals seeks a Senior Director of the 340B Program to lead enterprise governance, compliance, and strategic initiatives across all entities. This role aligns financial performance with regulatory requirements while optimizing 340B savings to support care for vulnerable populations.

The position requires collaboration with Pharmacy, Finance, Legal, IT, Revenue Cycle, and executive leadership, ensuring operational excellence and rigorous governance across the network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of progressively responsible admin/finance experience.
• Experience in 340B program design, operations, and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for the 340B program across all covered entities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial optimization for the 340B program.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
